Live VideoWall - The Best Collections App Reviews

I love this app but sometimes it takes too long to open. Maybe Im doing it wrong. I can click on the app in my lauchpad and it doesnt open right away. I have to go to the top of my screen and click the icon then hit ‘app display’ to get it to open for me. Maybe that’s how its made but if it is I wished it would open as soon as I click on it. Other than that I love it. The wallpapers are beautiful. Wished i could get them on my iPhone 6.

I was hoping for actual real-life video loops, but most of these are just edited photos with CGI rain or lens flares added onto them. Disappointing.

Fresh off the app store and there are several issues with this app- one is a dangerous copyright issue (not good at all). FACTS -App won’t apply video wallpaper with “Set Wallpaper” button (FIXED ONLY AFTER SECOND INSTALL) -Wallpaper will only temporary apply only if “Play Random” button is pressed. Once this happens, the following event happens (read 3rd bullet point) -Wallpaper won’t stay set on either screen, if the user clicks on second screen (or vice versa) the video wallpaper will then jump to the screen the user is currently working on. -My Intel Mac Pro 2.93 quad core (4GB Radeon Graphic Card) lags a bit…I edit HD videos every day! How’s a videowallpaper doing this to my mac pro! TASTE -The wallpapers aren’t all that special, they are okay at best (kinda cheezy most of the time) -Also, I feelt that most of these pictures are copyrighted (or atleast one was taken directly from the Apple Mac desktop wallpaper library). Do these guys have have the copyright license to do all this to these photos? Am I being ripped off while some one else just got berated by a stolen piece of photographic art!? This video wallpaper app is way less than okay and sinks your computer performance down a whole WAYYY down.

Great App worth the money for a live wallpaper! I would rate 5 stars but in the “App Display” options Switching between live wallpapers is difficult. The “Set Wallpaper” function listed under every wallpaper does not engage a new wallpaper. I found that selecting a wallpaper as a favorite was the only workaround. Overal each Wallpaper is brilliantly fantastic and crystal clear. I hope they add more than the 55 available in the future.

I’m very, very empressed with this Video Wallpaper app. I came across it by accident, and boy I’m I glad I did. Thank you creators for this wonder program…it’s well worth the money spent. Could you update more?

The live wallpapers are spectacular. I use this app everyday and it makes my mac really stand out. I can’t wait to see more of these.

This app is great. Some of my favorite desktop backgrounds prior to getting this dirt cheap app (PLEASE upgrade to this for $1 and get 50? extra backgrounds) were mountains and simple oceans. This app has both, and a lot more. The animations are almost all minimal, calming, tasteful, and realistic. I was afraid moving backgrounds would be distracting at first, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the wallpapers in this app are not distracting at all, and in fact enhance my focus at work (try using this app with Pandora’s “Calm Meditation” station to remain in a natural state in today’s unnatural sedentary work environments).

App states that it will play in multiple desktops, but it doesn’t. App display won’t always open either. Very buggy. Needs work.

5 stars great app very creative visually appealing

There is only 65 wallpapers and they are just ok, nothing to be in awe about. Pictures are pretty, but plain. I have better pictures from an app that was Free.
